Laura is an award-winning chef with a passion for eclectic gourmet and homemade esthetic. Shortly after graduating from the Sir Sandford Fleming College Cook-Apprentice program, she received her Red Seal Certificate and moved to Toronto to pursue an entrepreneurial career. Her food style is multi cultural, fusing ingredients and methods from around the world with concentration on Mexican, Thai and Soul food, and places importance on quality ingredients, bold flavors and rustic European style presentation.
